Dynamic Computing Services offers both virtual server resources but also interconnected services (Internet access, MPLS, VPN …). Completely redundant and based on Tier IV Datacentres, resources are permenantly accessible and guaranteed by SLA.

We have integrated into the project all the specific financial applications used by the firm and particularly the direct connections with banks (UBS, Julius Baer etc …), trading applications (Bloomberg MarketMap etc ….) and consolidation of banking and CRM applications (Allocare CSP)

Management and Maintenance
Full infrastructure management covered by SLA, it incorporates 24/24 supervision, updates for all application layers (Microsoft, Citrix, business applications), the direct interaction with publishers (Integration into our SLAs third-party software support). Specific items such as life-cycle management and security of mobile devices complete the range of services provided to users.
The company has a centralised IT infrastructure, based in Switzerland which uses the latest state of the art technology without the normal hardware investment. They benefit from a scalable and flexible infrastructure and availability of 99.9%. They have a global infrastructure service provided by Codalis which includes the migration, operation and maintenance as part of the “all included” service packages.
