Ensuring the daily operation and evolution of IT infrastructures

We administer all the IT infrastructures and ensure it's full operation. We work closely with your other partners (telecom operators, software editors ...).

We provide a range of tools and solutions to monitor, maintain and administer your servers and IT infrastructure. All these services are subject to service level agreements (SLAs) and include comprehensive reporting. Our Operations Centre is active 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

These services are based on:

  • Supervision and monitoring, which provide real-time visibility into the state of your infrastructure in order to detect anomalies and possible malfunctions.
  • Corrective maintenance, which perform controls to ensure that all components and services show no abnormalities.
  • Managing updates, ensuring a stable infrastructure without security flaws, in direct contact with the publishers of the specific applications concerned.
  • Incident management, according to norms and ITIL standards

A reactive global support centre

We offer support options to suit your needs. Our teams are able to respond to your support requests Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 (L1, L2 and L3). While ensuring traceability and tracking your requests.

We offer support options to meet your requirements. From ad hoc technical support to “All included” formulas. Our team responds to your L1, L2 and L3 requests.

The administrator support is built around the following technologies :

The end-user support is available in standard business hours from 7:30 to 18:00 (24/24 option). Support requests can involve any request related to the scope of services covered. A ticket is opened upon every request.
